The Regnum Congo is a real book - google it. Can I just again say how much I hate the swaying? Also it is a right BITCH to pick anything up in this game, and open drawers is a chore... If this game was not free I'd come down much, much harder on it. But it IS free, and so with that in mind, I was entertained. Crazy cannibals and blood magic, what's not to love?

04:51 notice the Carillon (it's a damn music box)
05:41 notice the keyhole in the grandfather clock
10:18 pick up porcelain ballerina
10:59 place ballerina on the Carillion, get grandfather clock key.
11:13 use key to unlock secret compartment in the grandfather clock - pick up slide puzzle
11:40 place slide puzzle on the square, and solve it. Get kitchen key
24:36 pick up oil can (click on the lamps that need oil and press E to light them)
25:00 turn on ALL lights you can find in the room (not the little corridor), and look at this chipher wheel. The way the wheel works is that you find the letter on the inner ring, and use the letter in the outer ring. Look around the room, where you found the oil can there is the letter F with an arrow, so look up F and see that it becomes a C, write down C. and move clockwise around the room, to find the letters, and decipher them.
The game throws you a curveball, that took me AGES to figure out. So the letters you find is F D U Q N V, and translated that becomes CARNKS that is not a word. But the book also tells us that K is the key, and K is minus 3, so go three letters back in the regular alphabet counting K, and it becomes and I. This puzzle is so damn hard and unfair - but the answer is CARNIS (carnis means meat or flesh - I have a poster with it printed on there, and also I was familiar with the short story, so I might have sort of guessed it).
27:11 enter CARNIS on the lock, click F, and get a bundle of keys. (is it me or does it seem slightly stupid to have the keys to the dungeon door, inside the dungeon?) so yeah use the keys to unlock the cell door.
32:18 use the keys again to open the door at the end of the upstairs corridor. (the keys dissapear here)
32:58 turn right inside the room, turn on the candle light, and open the right drawer, you will find a wooden peg, take it. You need 3 of these.
33:14 notice the weird basin with blood
33:41 open the closet and pick up a bottle.
33:50 turn on the lamp to the left of the closet, and note the symbol drawn in blood underneath.
34:33 go back to the weird basin and fill your bottle with blood (just stand next to it and press E).
34:47 go to the end of the table where you see a stone slab. turn on the candle light so you can see what you are doing. And click the slab, solve the puzzle by turning the discs to replicate the symbol on the wall (you know that deformed looking anchor). you automatically pour in the blood when you click the slab.
36:40 pick up heart shaped key
36:54 go back to the corridor, and use the key to open the other door.
37:20 turn on the candle light, and pull out the right drawer, pick up your second wooden peg
38:08 go around the bed, and pick up the sword shaped key on the crate.
38:23 this closet has a secret - click E on it to unlock it, and it slides out of the way revealing another room behind.
42:37 don't struggle like me, read the story about Lorelai Green enough to know there is 1 owl, 2 rats and 4 wolves. I swear that swaying does my head in, holy shit it's terrible!
43:13 pick up the third and last wooden peg.
44:15 and then I saw it! the carvings in the wall by the handles, you can see the far left handle is rats, the middle is owl and the right is wolves, so click the left handle 2 times, middle 1 time and right 4 times... viola! you can now exit the room.
45:40 go back to the corridor and see a broken ladder to the attic, this is where you need the wooden pegs, click E on the ladder to fix it.
47:28 fuck this puzzle - with a huge cactus! So eventually I figured out that you can shimmy down next to the last crate on the left side, and you can then push the crate behind that, to exit behind the crates.
48:08 turn on the candle light (it helps a little)
49:35 continue around the side and turn on another candle light, pick up key.
50:20 light the candle light on the dresser, and open the only top drawer there is - get crowbar.
50:41 Then turn around and go back to the middle of the back wall - there is a door with a cross on it. click E to use crowbar, and then again to use the key.
