I showed up on Father's Day in Central Park with friends and we danced around, played music, and shared some laughs at the Bethesda Fountain. During the Pandemic, we are all locked inside of our homes, and I really wanted to dance freely to inspire people to move and dance, and have no fear to face at this time of COVID-19.
If we are mindful and careful, we can have a balance and safely return to having fun and socializing still at this time. I believe we as human beings always need some kind of interaction, even if we can not touch then we can express in distance.
The fountain dance was my favorite, because water can shift and transform to any shape and feeling. It always helps me to calm myself and let go of my anger and sadness, especially when I see waterfalls. I can imagine all that fear is washing away from inside of me.
