This is a sweet full body releasing evening flow. We will flow through sun salutations, each variation will include a creative twist to help you release the tension from your body, clear your mind so you step off the mat feeling relaxed and calm in body, mind and spirit.
If you are a fan of plough pose you are in for a treat! We close this yang focused practice with a final release in plough pose to allow your mind to quiet and one final, feel-good opening to release any tension in your back. This is our yin component for a balanced yin yang yoga practice.
Given it is an evening practice, closing with yin energy can help calm your energy and prepare you for a restful night's sleep.
