Carrot. We have been told from our childhood that carrot is very wholesome for the eye health. Is it really true? Actually, carrot contains many vitamins which are present in all the vegetables and fruits, such as :vitamin A, vitamin C and minerals which remove toxins from our body, named as antioxidants. Though, eating only carrots will not guarantee you good eye health. That is why, it is actually enough just to have balanced nutrition and consume both plant - and animal - based food. You should eat carrots, of course, but, please, don't consider that only by consuming carrots you can gain good eye and overall health.
