Lords of the Fallen (2023) - Umbral Ending Full Guide

A full guide on how to get the "Umbral Ending" in Lords of the Fallen (2023). The Umbral Ending is one of 3 endings that you can get in the game. You will get the "Back to the Void" trophy / achievement for achieving this ending.

This ending is loads more complicated the the other two, but the two main ways to get locked out of it are:

- Cleansing any of the Radiant Beacons
- Interacting with the Gate Leading to Bramis Castle without having the Withered Rune of Adyr (Will lock you into the Adyr Ending if you do)

Important NPCs will also die while going for this ending, the main one being the Blacksmith. When she dies you will not be able to upgrade your gear for the rest of the playthrough.

[0:25] Speak to Damarose in her first location
[1:13] Free Gerlinde (Blacksmith) from her cell
[2:33] Speak to Damarose in her second location
[3:43] Speak to Damarose in her third location
[5:36] Speak to Damarose in her forth and final location
[9:27] Defeat the Unbroken Promise in Revelation Depths
[10:14] Purchase Umbral Scouring Clump from Molhu
[10:59] Use the Umbral Scouring Clump on the well in the Unbroken Promise boss arena
[12:15] Get the first Umbral Seedpod (Damarose Seedpod) from Mother's Lull
[12:33] Use the Umbral Seedpod on Damarose
[13:18] Get the second Umbral Seedpod (Gerlinde Seedpod) from Mother's Lull

[13:54] Get the Rune of Adyr from Lirenne main boss fight
[14:50] Use the Umbral Seedpod on Gerlinde
[15:21] Defeat the Lightreaper to get Lightreaper's Umbral Parasite
[15:45] Bring the Parasite to one of the columns by Molhu in Skyrest
[16:33] Get the Withered Rune of Adyr and Melchior's Seedpod from Mother's Lull
[16:57] Use the Umbral Seedpod on Melchior, found after the Sundered Monarch main boss in Bramis Castle
[17:27] Use the Withered Rune of Adyr on The Lone Wayfarer in Fief of the Chill Curse (you can only see him in Umbral World)
[19:13] Bring the Harkyn's Umbral Parasite to one of the columns by Molhu in Skyrest
[20:00] Talk to Molhu
[20:26] Talk to Pieta and use soulflay
[21:08] Defeat Ellianne the Starved
[22:15] Bring the Ellianne's Umbral Parasite to one of the columns by Molhu in Skyrest
[22:57] Speak to Molhu and teleport to Mother's Lull
[24:00] Use the soulflay platforms to reach the entiry in Mother's Lull
