This exercise is wonderful to do regularly in the Autumn months. Autumn corresponds to the element of metal which is comprised of the Lung (Yin) and Large Intestine (Yang). When we flush a meridian we trace it backwards once and forwards three times to really help clear out any stagnant energy and bring fresh, strong energy into the organ system. Enjoy!
