The recipe comes from Ken Forkish's book Flour Water Salt Yeast: [ Ссылка ]. It's his overnight white bread with10% rye.
Evan's Garlic Oil
One head of fresh garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 cup olive oil
Combine the garlic and oil and let sit overnight, or at least a few hours before using. Keeps for one week. Use to drizzle over your crust before adding the sauce. Or as saute oil with vegetables, brushed onto bread and toasted, you name it. It's a useful ingredient to have on hand.
