Today we are going to learn Five Tibetan Rites also known as "The Fountain of Youth".
This is a set of 5 yogic exercises practiced in a sequence and in repeatations.
These sequence balances our Seven Chakras. It also works as a powerful and effective detoxifier and thus working as an anti-aging workout.
So please get on your mats and start practicing along with me.
