Welcome to this yoga nidra designed to help align and energize your chakras. Charkas refers to the energy centers in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. Whether or not you adhere to the belief in chakras this meditation will help energize and balance the flow of energy in your body.
Yoga Nidra uses a variety of breathing, body awareness and visualization techniques that allow one to easily slip into a relaxed trance state. Studies show you can boost serotonin and endorphins with meditation. Balance your brain chemistry naturally using ancient meditation techniques.
