Guinness World Record have officially confirmed that Ghanaian Chef, Chef Ebenezer Smith lied about his record for the longest cooking marathon.

Chef Smith was accused of defrauding Amadia Shopping Mall, one of the sponsors of his cooking marathon of the whooping sum of GHC350,000.

The Ghanaian Chef was arrested while announcing his record-breaking achievement on Tuesday (2 July) at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra.
