Make sure to have spark of shock in your fragment slot and use storm grenade.

Watch where I throw my grenade. Just a tad left of the heavy brick on the floor.

I've done this multiple times, 30 minutes was the longest and 5 minutes was the shortest, just depends where you throw the grenade and when enemies spawn.
