CINCINNATI (WKRC) - A grand jury indicted two local men in a child rape case that dates back several years.
John Dalton Tucker is accused of sexually abusing children at least a dozen times. He is charged as an adult, but many of the allegations date back to when Tucker was a teenager.
Curtis Levy is also charged in the case. Investigators say Levy is a friend of Tucker's and that both men sexually abused a 5-year-old child.
