3 short videos filmed with camera traps showing wild Australian native Black-chinned Honeyeaters visiting water to drink and bathe. Look out for a bird in the last video hanging upside down like a bat! This beautiful and comic bird is listed as near threatened and was seen at the NW pond every month from December to April. For the first few visits only a single bird was seen at the pond, but over time this increased to two, and then three birds at each visit.
The videos were filmed in regional Victoria and are a small selection from thousands of videos captured over the last 2 years.
