Update: This video was uploaded a day after Beta started. At that moment, there was an issue in how to get to Isle of Dorn. The video was a solution. Blizzard was experimenting several disconnection issues, and bugs. These bugs were hotfixed nigh a day or two after the video was uploaded. You can skip "The War Within" quest if you wish, and simply go to Stormwind/Orgrimmar for the Questzertauren NPC. If he is nowhere there, then you can go straight to Dalaran's Chamber of the Guardian (at the center plaza teleporter). This Dalaran version is the one in The Broken Isles.
