A short video from today's work on the machine.
The first milling tests for adaptive clearing were made with the parameters S18000 F3000 Ap=14mm Ae=1.5mm, 6mm solid carbide cutter with four flutes. The machine managed without any problems, however, workholding using tape and acrylic glue turned out to be too weak for such processing - the detail flew to the land of eternal scrap.
The video shows the second approach with the speed set to 50% - F1500mm/min.
