The answer lies in creating a truly elegant nasal tip. Mastering the dynamics of nasal tip control is widely considered one of the greatest challenges in plastic surgery. It humbles me, still, every day.
In this video, I give you a tiny bit of insight into some of the challenges I face when reimaging the nasal tip and demonstrate a couple of the million and one techniques I employ to create the shapes I’m after.
