Hey everyone! Hope you are all doing really well! These no-waste, vegan, and gluten-free butterfingers are an easy and great way to use some things you may have around the house (like corn flakes!) in a different way! Transform your cereal into a lovely treat!

Ingredients:
Filling:
(I recommend making the filling in a food processor if you have one!)
3 cups ground corn flakes
1 cup packed dates
2 tsps vanilla extract
1/2 cup packed peanut butter
1-4 tbsp water or plant milk if your mixture is too thin
200 g vegan chocolate (I used more, right around 350 g with 2 tsps of coconut oil to be able to cover all of the butter finger bars.) Feel free to use 200 if you just want the tops coated.
1-2 tsps coconut oil or manna (manna is better for health)
Toppings: (optional)
Cacao nibs
Coconut flakes
