A Parkinson's Disease diagnosis is often life-altering. Our Dance Class For People with #Parkinsons provides a safe space for attendees to connect with their bodies and with a community who understands what they are going through.
“Ballet — with its musicality, broad expansive movements, and poise — really lends itself to helping balance, gait stability, and mobility in these individuals.” It is also an uplifting hour spent each week within our supportive SF Ballet community, lead by faculty member Cecelia Beam.
