after some few cable chest flyes and some bench press warm-ups at 135lbs, 185lbs, 205lbs, 215lbs,(Only 205, 220 and 225 are showed in the video above) i finally hit 220lbs. after that, i tried and go for 225lbs but didn't get it. hopefully by next month, ima be able to do it. i was pretty tired by the time i hit 220lbs but oh well.
Any form or helpful comments would be nice. i want to improve my bench
