I think SanaeB is the best shot type for getting your first 1CC because she can kill most of the enemies in stages without moving below them. And because you kill more enemies in stages you get most of the UFO drops to use them on bosses. SanaeB's bomb is really strong and most of the time allows you to skip the attack you're on.
