When will real estate prices bottom?

In the last few months the property market has started moving lower. The turn around has been sudden and has been after a couple of years of explosive growth.

With inflation running at levels not seen for 30 years, interest rates have begun tightening, pushing property prices lower.

In this video we talk about why we feel that property prices have a lot further to fall before hitting bottom. Depending on what happens with the Federal Reserve, prices could drop towards 20% to 30% from current levels.
We will also talk about what is impacting the property market, whether you should invest or not and where we think the bottom of the market will be.
