Denton scholar and activist, Jessica Luther Rummel provides a free public lecture on the south side of the Denton County courthouse lawn on June 14, 2020 to educate local residents on how white supremacy and power were institutionalized in Denton County, Texas.
Jessica is currently a PhD student of Philosophy and Religion at the University of North Texas. She earned her B.A. in Religious Studies from UNT as an Advanced Honors McNair Scholar where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with minors in Local History, German, and Jewish/Israeli Studies.
