If you had a gameboy……. It’s time to start taking your mobility seriously.
Here’s a 3 drill sequence that checks a lot of boxes:
1️⃣ Adductor Rockback
Keep the knee and foot as far apart as possible. Rock the hips back slowly.
2️⃣ T Spine Sweeps
Keep the knees together and sweep the hand up and over staying in contact with the ground.
3️⃣ Hip Flips
Lift the knee up and over from side to side spreading the knees as far apart as possible.
