Peace and blessings beautiful souls! Today on our journey to wholeness the conversation is about releasing what no longer serves us. The stories and narratives that keep us broken as we move into greater alignment with what supports us to be whole. We speak of how to allow ourselves to detach from the pain and flow to the frequency of love that is calling us home. There is a brief demonstration of tapping (EFT) as one of the tools to use as we release the intensity of our emotional ties to move to more beneficial frequencies.
