So I took one for the team and confirmed the ARK: Survival Evolved Steam Forum Bans so you guys don't have to. lol You're all very welcome. lol🤣

A few things to note that I forgot to mention in this video. One of the reasons this is an issue is because there is no time limit on when a mod can ban you for something. I've literally had a ban given a week later on a thread buried 10 or more pages back on the forums. So that's a problem.

Because what essentially can happen is you can be locked out of Steam client features that have absolutely no relation to the forums. So if somebody decides to track and report every single solitary conversation on this topic you ever participated in then they could literally lock your Steam account down.

This is a problem because Steam Support has severely went down hill and lacks common sense these days and it takes them forever to even respond to ticket anymore.

The other thing is this. What the mod should have done is simply move the topic to the appropriate section when these topics creep up. Issuing a ban or even a warning to players for something so trivial is just them being a jerk when you have a complete entire section to relocate the topic to.
