1.Stand upright holding a medicine ball, dumbbell, weight plate, kettlebell with both hands and stand with your feet at shoulder width.
2.Inhale as you raise the 'object' above your head, arms fully extended and straight, hips to ribs
3.Exhale as you slam the 'object' into the ground directly in front of you as hard as you can.
4.If using a ball, catch it with both hands on the bounce and repeat the movement.
5. If using an objected that doesn't bounce lower it to the floor with pace but control to not slam into the ground and repeat the movement.
