1. Bench Supported Cable Single-Arm Lateral Raises 3 sets of 12 reps (each arm) *lightweight*
2. Bench Supported Cable Forward Raises 3 sets of 12 reps
3. Standing Cable Single-Arm Front Raises: 3 sets of 12 reps (each arm)
