_ 200g tapioca
_ 10g rice flour
_ 250g palm sugar
_ 1 tbsp water
_ 250ml coconut milk
_ 6 eggs
_ 4 box of vanilla
_ 15ml coconut oil
_ 6g baking powder
1. Mix Tapioca with rice flour
2. Put the palm sugar into the pan and make it turn to caramel with a 1 tbsp water, don’t use anything to mix the sugar just shake the pan only
3. Mix coconut milk with the sugar then let it cool in about 30oC-40oC
4. Put the warm mixed coconut milk with sugar into the mixed flour then mix it well
5. Beat the eggs and vanila together then put it through the sieve
6. Mix the eggs with mixed flour in one way and add coconut oil
7. Finally add baking powder into the mixed flour and mix it, if you see the bubbles then it work well
8. Put the case into the air fryer with 200oC-10mins for the honeycomb
8. Put the mixed flour into the sieve , remember the case must be hot
9. Bake it in 170oC - 10 mins , then 160oC- 5mins and the last is 140oC- 5mins
