Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday moved the Supreme Court, challenging the Delhi High Court order which had put on hold the regular bail granted to him by a trial court in the excise policy case. The Delhi CM has sought a hearing on the plea on Monday morning. Kejriwal, who was arrested on March 21 in the money laundering case, was granted bail by a city court on Thursday (June 20). Following this, the Enforcement Directorate had approached the Delhi HC seeking a stay on the bail order.
