These poses will also increase toes, medial part of leg and abdominal muscles Strength and Flexibility. Here we will hold each pose for 2 to 4 minutes. These poses will enhance working of Kidney. It also releases negative emotions like anxiety,fear and insecurity. Hope you like it. I will add more such videos in future.
