Acrorip V10.2 or newer is required to work with the Epson XP-15000.
You also need to ensure you have the latest drivers from both Epson and Acrorip, and avoid driver conflicts by removing previous versions. Here are the steps to follow:
1) Uninstall all versions of Acro from your PC
2) Uninstall your Epson printer driver as well / uninstall the printer
3) Download and install the latest Epson print driver directly from Epson's website, for your model the drivers are located here (please install the full drivers):

4) Download and install the latest version of Acro (as your reseller for the driver, you have access to upgraded versions of Acro within 6 months from date of purchase, valid only on Versions 10 and newer and from authorized resellers only as listed at www.acrorip.com)
5) Restart your PC
