Ready for an unboxing?!
Today I’m unboxing hungryroot healthy ingredients and meal delivery service box {[ Ссылка ]}. Filled with tons of veggies and plant-based options, this box helps to fill up our kitchen with lots of easy options to make healthier eating easier throughout the week! I’ve also included a snippet of my favorite veggie-filled pasta salad recipe, as well.
And while I could go on and on about the benefits of eating more vegetables - including their rich source of antioxidants, fiber, phytonutrients, and even protein and healthy fats {depending on which you choose}, I know all those #veggieavoiders aren’t going to stick around for that - so I’m not going to bother!
How about I just go out and tell you how versatile they are - and how great they taste too?! And before you stop reading - because I know many tend to disagree - hear me out!
It can easily take a good 10 times of eating a certain type of food for your taste buds to start to change, so just because you turn your nose up the first half of dozen tries, doesn’t mean you aren’t going to start liking it eventually! And while forcing yourself to eat “disgusting” foods may not seem appealing, why not try sneaking them into foods, little by little, until you slowly start adapting to the taste and before you know it - LOVE it too!
