“To go to the northernmost tip, you cross the Razdan Pass. And this pass crossing changes everything.
“On the other side of the pass, the landscape changes totally. This is the Kashmir of ancient silk route times. If you think you have seen Kashmir by visiting the Kashmir valley, then you have not seen Kashmir yet.
“The species of the trees, the shape of the valley, the colours, everything is different from how it is in the Kashmir Valley. The beauty of Gurez is spectacular and special. Trekkers have not seen this Kashmir before,” says Arjun.
