In this video I will show you how to prepare squid in its ink. It's a delicious dish, you need very few ingredients and it's very easy to prepare, so you have no excuse! You will repeat for sure!

Calamares en su tinta
Ingredients:
700gr squid
1 onion
1 tomato
1 garlic
A glass of white wine
A small sachet os squid ink
A teasspoon of corn flour
Clean the squid and wash very well.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic very finely. Cook in a casserole with a few teaspoons of olive oil. About 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
In the meantime grate the tomato.
When the onion and garlic are golden brown add the squid. Sauté over high heat for a few minutes.
Add the tomato, a little salt and pepper, and a small bag of squid ink. Add the wine and mix well. Let it cook over high heat until the alcohol evaporates, about 5 minutes.
Add water to cover the squid, cover with the lid and cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes.
Add a teaspoon of corn flour in a little water, mix well and add it to the pot to thick the sauce. Let it cook without the lid on for 5 minutes more. And it’s ready!!
You can serve this dish with white rice or fries.
