I know nothing about this band, which is partly why I'm posting here to see if anybody can help!

In the 1970s music fan Thierry Fosse made the trip from France to England and visited the small Roche Recording Studios, located in a barn in Tremodrett. Set-up by Gerry Gill and run at the time by Martin Griffin (of Hawkind/Hawklords) the studio recorded many local and visiting bands.

Gerry gave Thierry this sampler of Roche recordings, none of which ever made it on to vinyl. I know nothing about Funky Butt, who despite their name owe more to country rock than 70s funk. Were they from Cornwall? Can anybody help?

Gerry released the Made in Cornwall LP on the Cornish Legend Music (CLM) label, so I wonder if this was a planned 2nd volume. Sadly both Gerry and Martin have both passed so we will never know.
