I have been working in people's lives for almost 50 years, and essentially, I have found that people want to feel good and feel loved.
The first step toward this is to fully acknowledge where things aren't working and to recognise we have the power within us to transform our lives.
And then to start to make small shifts to our emotional set point which will then over time effect big changes....
Being aware is the key for transformation, once we are aware then we can start to
shift our emotional set point from the inside out to creat a life that is joyous and easeful,
which i our natural state.
But when life isn't feeling like this, we can take steps to transform from the inside out with small actions that
ultimately lead to big change.

A bit about me.
As a teacher of. life skills, I focus on empowering individuals to experience greater awareness, presence, fulfilment, creativity, and happiness.
Creating a nurturing environment for exploration, my aim is to foster growth, and help the release of inner tension.
Navigating through the myriad situations, events, and transitions that life presents, I provide support for healing and growth during challenging times of pain, loss, and unexpected change, as well as offering guidance through moments of confusion and distress when life takes unexpected turns.
My role extends to mentoring and providing guidance to navigate periods of expansion, new challenges, and the exploration uncharted territories.
With the ability to perceive the energy of individuals, I assist in identifying and releasing areas where energy stagnates, enabling a free flow towards wholeness and authentic self-expression.
At the heart of this process lies the journey to know and experience your authentic self.
I offer guidance and support as individuals cultivate new skills, tap into latent talents, and discover inner strengths they may not have been aware of.
Through the practice of transpersonal work, individuals can gain a deeper understanding of themselves, fostering self-awareness, wholeness, and healing, leading to a more present and fulfilled existence in every moment.
