Ingredients:
Milk - 1/2 cup / 120ml
Ghee - 1/4 cup / 60g
Milk Powder - 1 1/2 cup / 150g
Sugar - 3 cups
Water - 1 cup
Milk - 2 tbsp
Saffron - few strands
Gulab Jal / Rose Water - 1/2 tsp
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Mawa cooled, looks great
Maida - 4 tbsp
Cardamom powder
Baking Powder - 3/4 tsp
Water - 3 tbsp
Ghee - to deep fry
