Malunggay Pandesal
INGREDIENTS:
Yeast Mixture:
1/4 cup lukewarm water
2 1/4 tsp instant yeast
1tbsp sugar
Milk Mixture:
1 cup evaporated/ fresh milk
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar( you can adjust)
Dry Ingredients:
3 cups all purpose flour or more if needed
2 tbsp powdered milk
1 medium size egg
1 cup fresh chopped malunggay leaves
Plain bread crumbs for coating
