In this episode, we dive in to Wa’Z Seattle, a modern Japanese Kaiseki dining experience providing counter seating with full kitchen views and interaction with Chef Hiro. We experience his prized 14-day aged blue fin tuna, as well as the many complex and well crafted dishes his monthly menu showcases. We came here for the August Tasting Menu which included 8 courses. At the time of this recording it was $150 per person. Side note: the Menu changes at the beginning of every month.
