In today's video, DJ Peach Cobbler delves further into the history of Ancient Rome and some lil' troublemakers. There were three wars waged between the Jewish people and Rome, and in this video DJ Peach focuses on the first one, the creatively named, "First Jewish War". A war which altered the very nature of Jewish worship to this day, with the destruction of the second Jewish temple.

I have some regrets with this one. Would've been a good idea to devote ten minutes to the Bar Kokhba Revolt at the end, but I got wrapped up in Josephus' and Vespasian's stories and it felt weird to spend a lot of time past the conclusion of that story. Definitely should've given a bit more time to the conflict between the various Jewish factions, but they're a contentious people, so there tended to be a lot of them. Boy, these pretzels are making me thirsty.
