Hai di lao is a famous hotpot restaurant in China. You can find these at your local Asian supermarket. In Newcastle Upon Tyne, I bought it from Hiyou supermarket which has online delivery as well.

There are so many different hotpot flavours, in this video, I tried the Tomato flavour but they also have a spicy one which was SUPER SPICY. Tried it once and it blew my tongue off - delicious though!
