Hello Everyone!
Today, I will share a very easy and simple Keto almond flour bread recipe.
I love this keto bread because I like to have bread with my soups, but I cannot eat conventional flour bread. Almond bread is a great alternative for those who either cannot tolerate regular flour, or just are trying to stay healthier. This Keto bread contains only 1.5 calories per slice.
Here are the ingredients for one loaf of almond flour bread:
One and a half cups of almond flour (great buy and outstanding quality on Amazon [ Ссылка ])
6 room temperature eggs
4 tablespoons of room temperature butter
3 teaspoons of baking powder (makes almond flour bread puffy)
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar powder (makes almond flour bread puffy)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of dry yeast (it removes the eggy taste from the almond flour bread)
Spray oil
Steps to make almond flour Keto bread:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
1. Scramble the eggs and dry ingredients in a food processor using the "pulse" function (4-5 pulses)
2. Using spatula, scrape the dry ingredients from the walls and pulse for 15 seconds
3. Add the butter and pulse for another 15 seconds
4. Add 1/2 cup of almond flour and pulse a few times
5. Add 1/2 cup of almond flour and pulse a few times
6. Add 1/2 cup of almond flour and pulse a few times very gently
7. Spray bread pan with oil and pour almond flour mixture
8. Bake almond flour bread for 32-33 minutes on the bottom rack for crispy outside and 30 minutes for regular
9. Take almond flour bread out of the oven and let it rest for 20 minutes
10. Take almond flour bread out of the bread pan and let it rest on a paper towel for a few minutes.
Slice and enjoy!
