50 dkg túró
25 dkg liszt
5 g sütőpor
5 g szódabikarbóna
10 dkg porcukor
1 kis csomag vaníliás cukor
3 tojás (fehérjét külön habbá verni)
1 citrom reszelt héja
sütéshez 5 dl olaj
Cottage Cheese doughnut/ingredients
500 g curd
250 g flour
5 g baking powder
5 g of baking soda
100 g powdered sugar
1 small packet of vanilla sugar (12 g)
3 eggs (whip protein separately)
Grated peel of 1 lemon
for cooking 500 ml oil
