Here's a farm for Nycrux for everyone to enjoy.

The run takes a bit less than one minute in total and yields 4,500 Nycrux. This includes the time it takes to die at the end to speed up the farm. You'll be able to do about 60 runs in 60 minutes which should yield you 270 000 Nycrux per hour.
