A total of 29 states including union territories are participating in the fair. After becoming a union territory on 31 October 2019, Ladakh was specially invited by ITPO to participate in the fair. Located between the Karakoram Mountains in the North and the Himalayan Mountains in the South, Ladakh will present its cultural glimpse at the Trade Fair. The cultural glimpse of Ladakh is likely to remain the center of attraction for the people.

The trade fair will have stalls in about 12 halls. Some stalls will also be set up in open areas. Hall S-2 Ground Floor will have Partner and Focus State stalls. At the same time, there will be stalls of Khadi and Village Industries Commission in H-2 and stalls of MSME and Foreign Participation in S-4. At the same time, theme pavilion in S-5, Central Government Minister and Department, S-2/5 (FF) will have state pavilions. There will be food stalls in S-9/10. Stalls of beauty products and jewelery will be set up in hall number 12.
