Ingredients:
100 ml water, cold
30g coffee
Directions:
1. Weigh out and grind 30g of coffee, shooting for a fine grind.
2. Insert filter and cap your AeroPress.
3. Put the ground coffee into the chamber and place the chamber on top of your glass.
4. Fill with about 100ml of room temperature water.
5. Stir vigorously for 2 minutes.
6. Fill a glass with ice, put the AeroPress on the glass, then insert the plunger and press over 30 seconds and stir.
7. Add extra cold water or milk to taste.
8. Enjoy!
