A SEPTA commuter train with 250 passengers on board was stuck on the tracks just outside 30th Street Station Thursday morning. A SEPTA representative said he believes Amtrak sent the train down the wrong track, which caused it to lose power.
A rescue train was eventually sent in to collect the passengers and take them to 30th Street. [ Ссылка ]
