I’ve done my driving license in Georgia last year, as my German driving license process was lasting too long and got very expensive. I needed one for a 5 months Latin America trip. Now I have both: motorbike and car licenses, all done without residency in Georgia in 18 days total, completely legal with classes and exams. Now we are helping people to get theirs fast and without residency as well (you still need to come to Georgia of course). PS: if you are EU resident for more than 6 months, you can’t use it in the EU directly. Some countries will exchange it without exams (Ireland, Hungary, Romania etc.), but it will have some limitations in the EU to it. Ideally, ask your local driving school if it’s possible to swap it to a local one. It’s mostly relevant for travelers, expats and digital nomads who travel outside their country of residence or don’t have a residency.
