Question for you, do you believe in going backwards?

I mean unlike Benifer (the cheesy combo of Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck), going back is not something we generally do.

But what about on the job front? Should we ever return to an ex-employer?

My gut feel is the answer is no. It would be a bad idea. But is this true?
