Ingredients
- 1 ltr milk
- 1 handful of Rice
- 5tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 ltr milk
- raisins
- soaked almonds
- crushed cardamom
Method
- In a pan boil milk and add a handful of soaked rice and keep stirring
- Add sugar to the kheer and keep stirring continuously
- when it becomes thick add more milk to it.
- Keep stirring the kheer and add raisins, soaked almonds, crushed cardamom
Rice Kheer is ready to be served!
